1. Acceptance

By downloading or using 1Cryptor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Your Responsibility

1Cryptor cannot recover your password or private key. If your credentials are lost, encrypted files may become permanently unrecoverable.

3. License Scope

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 1Cryptor according to these Terms and applicable law.

4. Security Disclaimer

1Cryptor uses AES-256-GCM, Argon2id, RSA-4096, and secure random generation. No software can guarantee absolute risk elimination in all environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 1Cryptor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of data, revenue, or access.

6. International Compliance

You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction regarding encryption, cloud storage, and digital content handling.
